 SHIPPING POLICY

Through the courier service or logistics company of the specific wholesaler or Manufaturers, buyers would receive the ordered goods. Ordinarily, orders are dispatched timeline within 5 - 7 working days or by the delivery date provided at the time the order is verified. The seller is responsible for the shipment and delivery of the goods and will determine the shipping costs as indicated in the website or later. The logistics/brandx company will offer the customers tracking links by email or a web-based email program in order for them to follow the shipping. In the event that a product is damaged during transportation, "Brandxlifestyle.in" is not responsible for it. If necessary, the customer may opt to file a proper complaint using the app or website. All orders are automatically delivered by default.

We use accredited shipping partners including Fed Ex, Speed Post, Delhivery etc. We may use other shipping parties depending on the exigencies of the product(s) to be delivered.

 

Standard Delivery Times

All orders placed before12 pm are handed over to the courier the same day itself. Usual delivery time ranges from 5 - 7 days. Delivery times may get extended in case of either of the

 

following:-

1. The area in which the product is to be delivered is not serviceable by our shipping partners.

 

2.  Inability to verify the details of customer in case of COD payment method.

3. Free shipping only for first time delivery. Extra charges is applicable for exchange or return products.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Complaints about Product quality should be done within 48 hours of the delivery. To launch a complaint, please contact via E-mail or WhatsApp, If the reason for return is genuine, Our Team will replace the item.

  1. We do not issue refunds once the order is processed and the product is delivered. Still, we realize that exceptional situations can happen in regard to the character of the product we supply. Below are the situations we can provide you with a refund:

  A) Non-delivery of the product;


    If the order is pre-paid and if for some unforeseeable reason, we are unable to deliver your             order, we will refund the amount.

​  B) Please Note:

   The actual color of the product that you see on our website/page may differ slightly from what’s     shown, due to lighting differences, individual pc monitor color settings, photography styles, etc.

​

  • We cannot accept returned garments that have been worn, washed, or had labels and tags removed.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for gift cards and downloadable products.

  • Exchanges are possible for a different color or size, subject to availability. 

  • Bodysuits and swimsuits must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact.

  • Panties and lingerie sets that include panties are final sale and not eligible for return.

If Damage or Actual size difference or any other major complaints, customers should send written compliant to brandxshopy@gmail.com or Customer support WhatsApp to 8943085456 with 48 hours after receiving the goods unless its consider as a proper deliver.


No Exchange or refund will replace, if damaged upon sharing the opening video within 48hrs. Incase of product exchange/return by customer (issue) bear the courier charge themselves, price tag is mandatory.

REFUND PROCESSING

If any product/service return to our store, in that scenario our team will inspect it and process payment/cash will be return to customer account/online facility provide by buyer will be credited within 7- 10 working days. Please contact our support team at WhatsApp or E-mail, if you face any difficulty while using our services. Please note that return shipping fees are applicable, it's non-refundable.
